I consider myself an advocate for my clients. I work with
them to make the estate planning process as easy as possible,
but also effective.
Each and every client brings his own unique situation to
my office. Whatever it may be, I treat each case as if it
were my own. My assistant, Susan Wong, and I follow every
detail ourselves, until the project is completed.
Always considering the tax and probate laws, I counsel my
clients on a variety of estate planning tools and asset protection
techniques, such as
- Wills and trusts
- Health care directives and powers of attorney
- Guardianships and conservatorships
- Special needs trusts
- Family limited partnerships
- Limited liability companies
- Grantor retained income trusts
- Irrevocable life insurance trusts
- Gifting to minors
- Generation skipping gifts and bequests
- Estate administration and probate
I also represent taxpayers at the Internal Revenue Service
and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
Every person who comes to see me has concerns about his estate.
Everyone wants to know that his legacy, whatever it may be,
will pass according to his wishes. My job is to help every
client realize his goals.
